1. Used products are not brand new. Please do not use a new product as the standard for evaluation, as they are ineligible for any original manufacturer promotions (e.g., registration gifts, early-bird rewards, etc.). These products have undergone a process of inspection and refurbishment, which may include repairs or replacement of components.
2. Used products may experience a decline in non-reversible factory features, such as water and dust resistance; therefore, these functions cannot be guaranteed. Ex-display products may exhibit screen aging, yellowing, burn-in, or dead/bright pixels, which do not affect the overall functionality of the product.
3. It is normal for the actual packaging and included accessories to differ slightly from those of a brand-new phone; this does not affect the device's functionality.
4. If the product is sent for repair after the warranty period has expired or due to human-induced damage (e.g., cracked screen, drops, water damage, etc.), a diagnostic fee of NT$300 will be charged.
5. Products are listed on multiple sale platforms. If an item is sold on another marketplace before your order for this product, you may be required to change the product model or color selection.
6. Brand-new phones come with a one-year warranty starting from the date of purchase. If any malfunctions occur, our company will facilitate the repair process by sending the device to the original manufacturer or an authorized service center. Warranty coverage and terms are subject to the final determination of the authorized service center.
7. If a brand-new phone has been unsealed or the packaging is damaged (e.g., ripped or dented), a full refund will not be available.
【After-Sales Service & Repair Instructions】
1. Please back up and remove all personal and sensitive data from your phone before submission. You only need to provide the defective product that is under warranty.
During the repair process, engineers may replace components or update the product firmware. All data will be erased during these procedures. Our company does not provide data backup services and cannot guarantee the integrity of any data or settings.
2. If a product within the warranty period is determined to be outside the scope of warranty coverage upon inspection, our authorized service center will provide a repair quote. Repairs will proceed only after obtaining the consumer's consent, and applicable fees will be charged.
3. Free door-to-door pickup and delivery service is provided within the warranty period.
4. The warranty will be voided if the product is disassembled or repaired by the user or any unauthorized third party after purchase. Any subsequent repairs will incur additional service fees.
【Shipping & Services】
1. From Monday to Friday, orders placed before 14:00 can be shipped on the same day (working days only). If the product is out of stock or for other reason, the lead time will be extended. If you need to confirm the shipping time, please contact us before placing an order.
