1. Packaging Note: If the original box is unavailable, we will use Chuang-Yu exclusive lightweight eco-friendly packaging for shipment.

2. Accessories: Only a charging cable is provided, and we do not guarantee it is the original manufacturer's accessory. No other accessories are included. (If the charging cable is not originally included by the manufacturer, we will not provide it.)

【Shipping & Services】 

1. From Monday to Friday, orders placed before 14:00 can be shipped on the same day (working days only). If the product is out of stock or for other reason, the lead time will be extended. If you need to confirm the shipping time, please contact us  before placing an order. 

2. The invoice will be sent with the goods. If you do not receive the invoice, please contact us. 

3. If you need the “triplicate uniform invoice”, please enter the company name, tax ID number in the remarks column. 

4. We are very sorry, but our delivery unit (t-cat) cannot deliver to outer islands! You can choose to pick up the goods at the convenience store. 

5. Orders with a total amount exceeding NT$20,000 cannot be picked up at the convenience store.
