(1)Since physical stores are selling simultaneously, if you want to ensure the lead time or whether there is stock, please feel free to ask us. Chuang-Yu has the right to cancel orders for out-of-stock products. Consumers are welcome to call or inquire through the fan page or LINE  before placing an order. (2) When buying multiple products, please check out in the same order. If separate checkouts result in more than two orders, please complete the payment according to each dedicated payment method/account. The system cannot merge payments and merge orders for shipment.
.It will happen, If the recipient information、the mobile phone number、the E-MAIL is filled in incorrectly,unexpected natural disasters, SHOPLINE system or equipment maintenance, goods transfer, inventory, replenishment, etc., the shipping time will be postponed or  the recipient is unable to receive the goods.

.After the package is sent, if the package is returned because the recipient information is incorrect, the recipient is unable to receive the goods, or there is no one at the delivery address to sign for it, recipient need to  inform us whether you still wanna buy this product, otherwise it will be deemed as return the goods.

.The actual delivery situation and delivery time depends on the local delivery logistics operator. The delivery time cannot be promised. If you are giving gifts, going abroad or for other special reasons, you need to bear the risk of timeliness.

 

(3)If minors need to purchase products from Chuang-Yu they must obtain the consent and assistant of their legal agent to place the order. They may also go to the  real stores of Chuang-Yu with their legal agent to purchase the products.

 

(4)To protect the rights and interests of both parties, please make sure to record the entire unboxing process to ensure that no items are missing or damaged.

 

(5)If you chose to pay through ATM transfer , the goods will only be kept for three days. Please be sure to make the transfer payment within three days and provide the last 5 digits of the transfer account or the transfer details so that we can check the payment.

 

(6)Chuang-Yu is entitled to terminate the qualification and other services when any of the following condition occurs:

1. Member provides incorrect personal information.

2.Member uses other person’s credit card or mobile payment without permission or obtains the credit card number illegally to proceed the transaction.

3.Those who fail to pick up the goods without any reason after placing orders more than 3 times.

Return & Replace Policy

<New Product>Provide 7 days appreciation period

Product appreciation period is not trial.

If you need to return/replace the product, it must be returned in their original condition, maintaining the integrity of all merchandise, giveaways, attachments, packaging, accompanying documents or materials. Any missing part may affect your return rights and additional maintenance fees will be charged.

 

<Used / Second-hand Products> Provide14 days appreciation period

You can use the product, but please make sure that the appearance, function, packing box, and accessories of the product are in their original condition when returning the product.

※Please be sure to send the invoice back with the product

 

Replace

If the product fails due to non-human factors, you can apply for a replacement within fourteen days.

Please contact the customer service of Chuang-Yu and inform the reason for the replacement (LINE friends please add: @smart3c), we will call the courier  to the location you offer to collect the product.

 

If it is not convenient to you to give the product to  the courier, please send the product  to following address :

Return & Refund

You shall contact the customer service of Chuang-Yu and inform the reason for the return, we will call the courier to the location you offer to collect the product. (LINE friends please add: @smart3c)

Notice:

1.If the package is opened, Please ensure that the appearance and function of the products, giveaways, packing boxes, accessories are in their original condition, and be sure to send the invoice back with the product.

2.Please put the products into the box and place buffers to avoid collision damage during transportation.

3.Please restore your phone to its original settings to speed up the return process.

4. After we receive and check your returned items, it will take about 7-10 working days to refund t to the account you provided.

5.The refund amount will be the amount minus the remittance fee of NT$30 from the total order amount.

6.Screen protector​​ /Phone cases are consumable products. Please confirm whether there are any defects in appearance first. Except for new product with defects, returns cannot be accepted after disassembly and use.

7.Consumables and products related to personal hygiene issue will not be accepted to return or exchanged once unboxed. (Except for new product with defects)

8.The edges of some mobile phone screens are designed to be curved. If you use a flat-facing screen protector, the protector may not be able to fully adhere to the phone screen. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted  for this reason.
