Shopping Instructions
【General】
1.Used phones/devices are not brand-new products, please do not use brand-new products as standards, and cannot participate in any original brand offical activities, EX: login gifts, early bird offers, etc. The process of product inspection and repair may include repairs or replacement of components.
2.Some functions of used phones/devices that are irreversible after unboxing, such as waterproofing and dustproofing, are bound to be reduced. Therefore, we cannot provide the guarantee of 100% waterproof and dustproof functions. In some used phones, the screens may be aged, yellowed, or branded, with Screen burn-in, brightness changed, etc. but they do not affect the use of functions.
3.The packaging box and accessories may be slightly different from the new mobile phone, but they are normal and do not affect the use of functions.
4.If the warranty period we provided is expired or there is any damage caused by human factors (such as cracked screen, crash, water exposure, etc.), and the phone/device is sent to us for repair, then a inspection fee of NT$300 will be charged.
5.Warranty will not be provided if the dealer's store seal is not stamped on the warranty card, or the information has been altered so that the content is unclear, or the purchase date is incorrectly filled in.
6.After you received your item, if it is disassembled by yourself or repaired by a third party, the warranty provided by CHUANG-YU will be invalid. If repair is required after that, additional maintenance fees will be charged.
【After-sales service 】
1.If your mobile phone purchased from CHUANG-YU and within the warranty needs to be repaired,please save the personal data inside the mobile phone yourself and remove all important personal data.
During the repair process, engineers will replace parts or update the product firmware version according to the repair process. Data will be lost during the repair process. CHUANG-YU does not provide data backup or the integrity of related data and settings.
2.Even within the warranty period, if the condition of the product is not within the scope of the warranty after being inspected by engineers, CHUANG-YU's service center will repair the phone and charge a fee after obtaining the consumer's consent to the quotation.
3.If the mobile phone that needs to be repaired is still within the warranty period provided by CHUANG-YU, we will collect the product from your home for free delivery ,then quote and repair it.
4.After you received your item, if it is disassembled by yourself or repaired by a third party, the warranty provided by CHUANG-YU will be invalid. If repair is required after that, additional maintenance fees will be charged.
【Shipping & Services】
1. From Monday to Friday, orders placed before 14:00 can be shipped on the same day (working days only).
If the product is out of stock or for other reason, the lead time will be extended. If you need to confirm the shipping time, please contact us before placing an order.
2.The invoice will be sent with the goods. If you do not receive the invoice, please contact us.
3.If you need the “triplicate uniform iInvoice”, please enter the company name, tax ID number in the remarks column.
4.We are very sorry, but our delivery unit (t-cat) cannot deliver to outer islands! You can choose to pick up the goods at the convenience store.
5.Orders with a total amount exceeding NT$20,000 cannot be picked up at the convenience store.

Q1 What is the difference in grades of mobile phones?
CHUANG-YU has graded used/second-hand/refurbished mobile phones based on their appearance, allowing customers to select the phones they want easily.
Grade S used phone
Product appearance is 99% new.
There may be replacement of consumable parts.
Comes with charging pack or cable.
Has a 180-day warranty

Q2 How long was your phone used before it was recycled?
CHUANG-YU source phones from various sources ,and most of phones were used for displaying in the mobile phone stores.
All mobile phones are inspected by international certification software before being sold to confirm that the phones function normally.
Q3. Have the used products been repaired?
Consumable components (such as batteries) may be replaced during the inspection process to ensure that the product can be used normally and smoothly.
Q4. How long is the warranty of product?
All mobile phones sold by CHUANG-YU are guaranteed by CHUANG-YU, not the original manufacturer.
[Condition, grade and warranty]
Grade S:appearance is 99% new and comes with a six-month warranty.
Grade A:appearance is about 90% new and comes with a three-month warranty.
Grade B:appearance is 71-80% new and comes with a three-month warranty.
Grade C:appearance is less than 70% new and comes with a three-month warranty.
The differences in grades include appearance, LCD aging, and all functions are inspected with blancco ( An internationally certified software) .
The warranty service does not include data rescue, backup, and storage.You should remove the lock password and cloud password before use guarantee service, and store backup data or implement measures to prevent the data from losing.
Q5. How long is the warranty of product?
<New Product>
【Product appreciation period is not trial】If you need to return/replace the product, it must be returned in their original condition, maintaining the integrity of all merchandise, giveaways, attachments, packaging, accompanying documents or materials. Any missing part may affect your return rights.
Computer software is protected by relevant intellectual property rights. If the packaging is unsealed, the software is deemed to have been registered and cannot be returned!
<Used/Second-hand Product>
If the product fails due to non-human factors, you can apply for a replacement within fourteen days. Please contact the customer service of CHUANG-YU and inform the reason for the replacement, we will call the courier to the location you offer to collect the product. Q6. Can I use the product during the appreciation period?
<New product>
The appreciation period is not the trial, so the product you return must be in brand new condition and not unpacked(including all giveaways, accessories and original contents). If the product cannot be returned in its original condition, a refurbishing fee will be charged.
<Used / Second-hand Products>
You can use the product, but please make sure that the appearance, function, packing box, and accessories of the product are in their original condition as they were when returning the product.
Q7. How long does it take to receive the goods after placeing order?

Delivery to door: After the products are sent, they can usually be delivered within about 1 to 2 days.
Convenience store pick-up: After sending the products, they usually be delivered within about 2 to 4 days.

Products sold by CHUANG-YU are collected/delivered free of charge within the warranty period.
Moreover, CHUANG-YU’s physical stores can assist with collection!
However, there are no maintenance engineer in physical stores, so the products will be returned to the head office for confirmation and repair.
※The head office is not open to the public, so please do not go there privately.
Q9. Can I buy directly from your physical store?
The products on CHUANG-YU’s online platform are different from those displayed in physical stores.
If you want to go to the physical store to purchase, please call the store staff to confirm whether the product is in stock before you go to the store

Q10. How can I know if the phone support the sim card and carrier I use ?
It is depending on the frequency band supported by your mobile phone and the carrier you are using, it is better that you contact the carrier before you buy the phone.
Q11. Can the store accept payment by card?
Yes! And we also provide Buy Now Pay Later(BNPL), allowing you to buy product easily and without any burden! Please ask store staff for detailed information.
